Life: Our House Gets Painted…Our Color Palette

Great peace of mind comes from this for me. We hired a professional color consultant to help us figure out what colors to paint our house. It’s not something that a regular person is probably going to be good at.

Color consultant???
Why not do it yourself, and develop some confidence.
You obviously don’t know the whole story (or care). We did try to pick the color of our house: a deep grey brown. We even tried to pick highlight colors. And a trim color.
In short, our scam artist previous painter put a coat of the colors we chose on our house before he went away. It looked like total ass. Even our mailman pointed out how ugly it was.
So in pursuit of it NOT looking like total ass after spending the $10,000 it’s going to cost us to do this job right, from scratch, we spent a couple of hundred bucks and hired a consultant.
Don’t tempt me to turn off anonymous commenting by being rude to me without identifying yourself.
If I read an honest question as a slight, I apologize. But it doesn’t read as an honest question and it’s the second or third snide-seeming anonymous comment I’ve received lately.
I can attest to Lyza’s color choosing abilities and taste. She don’t fuck around when it comes to good paint.
