Hey, so, I’ve been so very busy this week. We’re selling our house. I don’t want to elaborate too much further (and jinx the goings-on), but here’s the flyer for our house if you know anyone who’s looking for a kickass crib in No. Portland. It may be one of the last houses in the city for under $300k (that doesn’t suck-diddly-uck).
As an aside, VFlyer seems to be a pretty cool site. They’re in public beta right now. They help you design a flyer with JavaScript and CSS goodness that’s compatible with places like cragislist (see our ad) and will also auto-post to some of the other big online listings sites.
What’s extra cool is that vflyer tracks hits on the flyer and graphs them out quite attractively by source (ours is roughly 95% craigslist and 5% google and other sites), which helps you see how many folks have put their eyes on it.
