Superfund Evening

I went down to the Superfund site in North Portland for a second trip with my friend Duncan and we set about photographing it with great aplomb. Fun with multiple remote-fired flashes.

I don’t really have much in the way of digital equipment, so while Duncan used his Canon 1DMarkIII I used film. The difference in our shots is pretty remarkable (he hasn’t posted any yet, so I can’t send you there). Mine are this brooding darkness. Not surprising considering Velvia’s density.

I’m down to my last roll of Velvia. They’d better start shipping the new kind, quick.
