Obvious Idea: Cell Phone Silence-Timer

{ Geek }

October 17, 2007

I have this problem that I just know other people have. Me probably more so in that I don’t talk on the phone very often, so I tend to: forget when I’ve silenced my ringtone for class, meeting or movie. It seems like a pretty simple idea to make it so you can silence your ring for a given amount of time: 3 hours for my viticulture class; 100 minutes for a movie. Then the ringer would turn on again. I cannot count the number of times I’ve forgotten to re-voice my ringer and then missed calls.

Does something like this exist?
