of the following are involved:

1) An ampersand (Gabriel & Dresden, Kyau & Albert, Above & Beyond,
Filo & Peri). Immediate double points. And a suggestion of bromance.
2) “van” whatever. (Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Armind van Helden)
3) Umlauts.
