what i want – an app on my android phone that knows my location (GPS), and monitors the weather radar. the radar is quite good at determining where its raining and with the windspeed, it knows where its going. i could get accurate an accurate 10 minute warning of “its about to rain.” that way, if i was outside, i could make a dash for a cafe or bar.

It’s not on my phone, but the OS X dashboard widget with doppler radar is ridiculously useful on my laptop. I usually check it before starting on my walk home or to work.
